Novade Quality

• Additions:
  • Photos can be attached to forms in any custom export of those forms.
  • Users can export all defects/cases to Excel.
  • Homeowners can see specific custom fields.
  • A new right which allows some users to reject forms even after they have been closed. 
  • Period retrieval function in the API to allow customers more control over the data they retrieve via the API.

• Fixes:
  • Defects export in Chinese where some headers were still displaying in English. 
  • An error message displaying when deleting an inspection.
  • Subcon users were able to lodge defects or create forms on mobile even if they did not have the rights.
  • The number of defects on the overview dashboard did not include archived defects.
  • Some users of older Android devices had issues while logging in.
  • Downloading PDFs with floorplans for units without unit types.
  • The display of Requires Action items on the Forms -> By Action dashboard.
  • Configuration error for some homeowners.

Novade Safety-HSE

• Added the ability to exclude holiday/non-working days when setting target dates.
• Removed the warning pop-up message when no People are added to a PTW.
• Improved the PDF export of Observations to include custom fields.
• Added “Rejected by” to the Actions History tab.
• Web improvements: 
  • Staff has the ability to add Actions to Excel.
  • Sort the table view of the last 7 days activities.
  • Improved the UI of the Overview page when fewer functions are enabled.
  • Added filters to the Meetings function to align with standard filters available.
• Fixes: 
  • The Today tab was missing on the By Forms dashboard.
  • Setting up new Causes for Incidents.
  • Signatures not displaying on the WPTW PDF export.
  • Sorting on the WPTW table view.
  • An error when deleting a Safety Inspection.
  • Safety Inspection related items showing even when Inspections is disabled.
  • Exporting Safety forms with punch items to PDF 
  • New users having the Create Inspection right by default.
  • Newly added members of a Group could not see items assigned to that Group. 

Novade Reports

• Migration of the setup to Project Center. 
• Additions: 
  • Ability to duplicate timecards with a report.
  • Set a target value for each supply for each project.
  • Define projects in which a report template can be used for each assigned team.
  • Hide overtime & break duration columns in the timecards table of a report/diary on the web and in the pdf export. 
  • Group activities by type/subtype in web tables for a better layout of complex reports and diaries.
• All users can now duplicate a report, depending on their creation rights.
• Search box is enabled in all tables on the web.
• Added total of manhours linked to each activity in Workforce – Timecards table.
• Added the ability to filter activity templates to display in a site diary.
• Fixes:
  • The disappearance of empty cells in diary pdf exports.
  • The impossibility of putting 0 hours for a task that has already assigned hours in the workforce section.
  • Display of Reports icon on mobile.
  • Allowed users to submit and sign the report repeatedly on mobile.
  • Calculation errors for meter readings.

Novade Maintenance

• Optimised the performance on mobile.
• Cancelled inspections can now be seen on the calendar view.
• Added the ability to reschedule multiple inspections of an assignee easily.
• Added the ability to better organise and find files attached to an Asset. 
• Improved UI: 
  • Changed the button to read Save instead of Cancel when cancelling an inspection.
  • Alert users that only the next instance of a Recurring Inspection is displayed in the table list view.
• Web – Improved functionality to link multiple templates to a Job using Excel.
• Added logic to the visibility of Action buttons for team managers managing those assets.
• Added the ability to link Jobs to the Inspection they were created from.
• Fixes:
  • Incorrect users were receiving email notifications.
  • Excel exports with Chinese characters were not opening.
  • Inspections dashboard not showing Scheduled Inspections.
  • The + button to create New Inspections/Jobs was disabled when Requests was disabled.
  • The incorrect date was displayed on Recurring Inspections when using the “exclude Holiday/Non-Working day” feature.
  • Returning to the Assets page after editing Group info. 

Novade Activity

• Fixes:
  • When clearing data from a custom field, it was displaying as 0 instead of a blank.
  • Opening a Task from the dashboard.
  • Units being duplicated in the Unit filter.
  • Tagging Activities and Tasks.
  • Users in the workflow not being able to edit Forms.

Novade Workforce

• Fixes:
  • Managers unable to check-in multiple team members.
  • Timecards showing the project ID instead of the project name.

Novade People

• Additions: 
• A Project filter on the Company tab.
• An Excel export for Contact Tracing as part of the COVID-19 Restart Package.
• The symbol & is now considered a valid field in Company Name fields.
• Fixes:
  • Temperature recordings sorting alphabetically instead of by date.
  • Client Admins not being able to edit their own information and being removed from Teams automatically.
  • Assigning a project to a subcon type of a company while adding the project to a user from that company.

Project Center

• Additions:
  • The ability to cc Groups in Template Workflows.
  • A summary page for Auto Archival settings across projects and modules.
  • A block to prevent users from deleting template workflow steps and fields if a template is in use.
  • An option to not include floorplans when exporting Forms to PDF.
• Fixes:
  • The “Enable Job Deadline” does not work.
  • Removing the Safety module from a project even when there was no data.
  • Importing user rights when meter readings were disabled.
