Novade Platform

  • Web – Added a setting to Manual and Auto Archival, allowing admins to include or exclude Main Forms with Open Subforms. By default, Main Forms with Open Subforms are included in the archival process
  • Fixed issues:
    • Allowed navigation to the “Select Form” button using the next/previous arrows in the new form field
    • A script that was erasing user’s custom field values
    • Confusing navigation arrows when selecting a site on the Web
    • Combo box fields not visible anymore in public forms

Novade Quality

  • Fixed issues:
    • Contractor assignment for a defect not being done correctly by default on the Web
    • Incorrect redirection to a blank page when creating a defect on iOS
    • The alignment of the list of people in charge in the form’s next step view was off
    • The user was led to the wrong page when the photo info button was clicked
    • Added changes on a custom script to send notification by email regardless of the notification setting
    • The order of blocks in unit status dashboard which was not following the sorting defined in the project configuration
    • Defect export PDF range options were incorrect for subcon users
    • App crashed on Android when a form with a question field with no options was displayed

Novade Safety-HSE

  • Mobile – Added check on expired PTWs in unit view page
  • Fixed issues:
    • A field script that was causing PTW numbering to repeat
    • The Google Maps did not loading correctly
    • Archived public forms not being displayed in the archive section

Novade Site Diary

  • Added the ability to configure and display Quality or Project Center forms in Site Reports

Project Center

  • Web – Added an optional setting on the setup page of the “New Sub-form” field to limit the number of subforms that users can create
  • Web – Added the ability to easily set the default value to the current value (e.g., current user, current date, etc.) via a new setting for the People, Company (People), User, Date, Time, and Date & Time fields
  • Fixed issues:
    • Field secondary key being copied when the field was duplicated
    • Fields with same label not displayed as several options in conditional workflow configuration
    • Values containing ## being truncated in Excel exports

    • Assets being wrongly duplicated when duplicating a project
